Amy Kousch is a medicinal plant researcher and grower and soil health educator with a background in restorative agriculture, environmental communications, and nature-based writing. Amy lives in Colorado with her son and dog – and operates a nursery, farm, and consulting center to help students reaffirm their mineral connection to soil and plants. Amy is a graduate of Colorado State University (CSU) with a masters in agricultural sciences and currently studies rhizosphere cycles in regenerative production systems.
